In advance of my Essential Oils and the Triple Goddess workshop on 22nd April, I have also been invited to be part of this evening panel discussion on managing menopause without HRT at the very lovely Moon Women Health clinic.

So, I will be donning my professional aromatherapy hat and taking a look at the therapeutic and psychological effects of five sacred oils in relation to the menopause. I will be sharing tips and protocols on how aromatherapy can provide support on a practical and psychological level.

This month I will be extolling the virtues of essential oils and their restorative effects on the mind and emotions in conjunction with King’s College London. As part of their Garden of Emotions initiative, I will be offering a fun, interactive workshop where students will explore 10 essential oils and be guided to create their own portable ‘scent therapy’ rollerball.
