I am delighted to be delivering a scent event for King’s College London as part of their Garden of Emotions initiative.
Spending time in nature and green spaces has proven wellbeing benefits, from reducing stress and feelings of sadness, to improving mood and promoting emotional resilience and creativity, to this end Liminal Space have created a pop-up indoor garden for King’s, located on the ground floor of the Science Gallery London, enhanced by soothing sounds and lush greenery, where students can relax and connect.
Our sense of smell is incredibly potent, reinforcing our connection with nature, our personal environment and memories. Journeying through ten essential oils, renowned for their uplifting, energising, calmative and restorative benefits, we will explore their uses in this hands-on, interactive workshop and students will create their very own rollerball ‘Scent Therapy’ blend to take away.
