One of my regular weekend workshops at this garden oasis in South London.

Come and discover the fragrant and therapeutic properties of essential oils and be guided on how to blend these ‘drops of joy’ to create your very own unique, natural perfume.

The workshop runs from 10.00am to 3.00pm on Saturday and Sunday.

The workshop is structured to allow adequate time for group and individual work, questions and answers and is supported by comprehensive notes to take away.

We shall explore the following topics and you will learn how to blend and create your own 10ml natural perfume rollerball using essential oils.

  • A brief history of perfumery and perfume materials from antiquity to modern day

  • Understand perfume structure, classification and fragrance

  • The art and science of blending, exploring 16+ essential oils

  • Perfume vocabulary, the art of smelling and training the nose, developing creativity and fragrance ideas

  • Understand the link between memory, emotion, imagination and scent

  • Safety dilutions, storage, creating a formula and record keeping

Price includes all materials, equipment, workshop notes and your finished bespoke perfume to take away.
