I am offering a one-day Introduction to Natural Perfumery at the lovely haven that is Walworth Garden in London.

The workshop covers beginner basics and tips to get you started in using essential oils safely, understanding their unique fragrant and therapeutic properties and how to blend confidently to create your own bespoke perfume.

We shall be explore the following:

• A brief history of perfumery and materials from antiquity to modern day

• Understand perfume structure, classification and fragrance families

• Smell and sample a gorgeous range of organic and wild crafted essential oils and absolutes

• Discuss the link between memory, emotion, imagination and scent

• Safety, dilution, storage, creating a formula and record keeping

Price includes all equipment, workshop notes, materials and sampling, plus your 10ml rollerball fragrance to take home. Refreshments included but please bring own lunch, although there are cafes and shops nearby.
