Explore fragrant plants for both sweet and savoury culinary use. In the second of these practical and informative workshops, we shall delve into the sweet, comforting luxury of the Vanilla pod; discovering its labour-intensive cultivation, history and delicious diverse uses.
During the session you will create two inspired botanical blends, a vanilla infused sugar or salt and a liquid Vanilla extract to take home with you together with ideas and suggestions for culinary use.
