Join me for a botanical adventure exploring fruits, spices, flowers and herbs to select and create your own bespoke infused gin. The workshop is structured to allow adequate time for group and individual work, q&A as well as comprehensive notes to take away.

This is a relaxed, hands on class where we shall explore the following topics:

• A whistle stop tour through the history of Gin

• Discuss and sample some key aromatic botanicals used in popular gins

• Understand flavour pairings, botanical profiles and blending

• Develop our personal recipe - select and combine to infuse

• Create a 200ml bespoke infused gin to take home

• Prepare an extra sample bag of aromatic botanicals to use at home

• Further recipe suggestions and advice on mixers, garnishes provided.
