• a brief history of aromatherapy

• sampling and discuss a variety of essential oils and nourishing plant oils

• compare methods of application and discuss dilutions and safety issues

• understand how to blend effectively and creatively

• create with confidence three personalised products to take home with you and how to adapt further recipes at home

Fee is inclusive of all sampling, materials and equipment, detailed notes and your three bespoke products to take home. Refreshments are included, but please bring lunch with you, although there is a cafe and restaurant on site.
