‘Tis the time for tipples and expanding your tasting palette! I am pleased to be returning to the Garden Museum this month to deliver a bespoke botanical Gin blending session.

This is a relaxed, hands on class, where we shall take a whistle-stop tour through gin history, sampling key aromatic botanicals used in popular gins and understanding flavour combining to help you develop and blend your own personalised infused Gin.

Together with workshop notes, advice on tonics, mixers and garnishes to further develop your mixology skulls and alternative recipe suggestions for home experimenting will be provided (just in time for Christmas!).

Tickets are £45.00 each and include all notes, materials and your own personally infused gin to take home
